Q: What is your shipping time? |
A: Products are shipped within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Customized items may take up to 14 business days. We use USPS First Class and Priority Mail for shipping. Please be aware that shipping times may vary during the holiday season. Business days are Monday through Friday.

A:Shipping costs vary depending on several factors, including the destination, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the shipping method you choose. Here's a general overview:
Domestic Shipping: Standard Shipping: $8.55 (Base Rate)
International Shipping: We are currently only serving the US due to the costly price's to ship.

Q: What types of images do we accept? |
A: We recommend using jpg, jpeg, png, or svg formats, as they are compatible with our software. If your file format is not listed, please email it to us for review.
Q: How do I submit an Image? |
A: You can upload additional images directly through our website or email them to us at customerservices@dnrcreativedesigns.net.
Q: Can I see the final proof of the image? |
A: Yes, we send the final proof to our clients via email, and a prompt reply is necessary. Please be aware that if DNR Creative Designs does not receive a timely response, it could lead to delays in production and shipping. Production will only begin once we receive your confirmation and full payment for the customized product.
Q: Where is my product? I have not received it. |
A: After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with all your tracking information, allowing you to track the location of your product. Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is correct, and be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don't see the email in your inbox. Kindly check these areas before contacting DNR Creative Designs.
Q: My product is shown delivered, but it's not here? |
A: Once a package leaves our possession, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS). Please reach out directly to USPS with your tracking number for assistance. You can contact your local USPS office for further support.
Q: Why does the image online differ from what we received? |
A: All images will always differ a little from what you see online and what you received. There are no returns on these types of issues, but we will correct the issue.
